                                                                                                        Anthropogenic global warming is one of the most talked about issues today. Scientists are calling for an end to fossil fuel use. But where will energy in the future come from? Governments are committing their nations to net zero carbon emissions by 2050, introducing carbon taxes, mandating elecric vehicles, and pledging trillions of dollars to develop new technologies. Is that even possible?

Jeff Krehmer is a professional mechanical engineer and has a plan to revolutionize the global energy network. The presentation expand on ideas from his book Infinite Resources – describing how we can use the temperature difference between the cold polar night air and the relatively warm polar oceans to generate more energy than humanity currently uses.

Jeff is President and Chief Engineer at Big Time Engineering Corp. He has worked as a salesperson, technical support technician, estimator, project manager, product designer and engineering manager.  He has more than a decade of experience designing equipment for the oil and gas sector and is a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP).

We initiated 2024 with Justa Chat! offering you the opportunity to start a conversation HERE.  The first session featured an open-ended discussion of top-of-mind topics: Erosion of society’s values – compromising freedom of expression in speech, removal of books and symbols of statues; Ideological ping-pong between extremes  over-powering the moderate majority; Urgent need to attend to the needs of the Ukraine; How we behave – including as voters, is what we deserve; Failure of media and local school boards and municipal councils to provide leadership in protecting much less restoring values; Measures including education to protect and restore what we value.
