The future has arrived!  We are all experiencing the global convergence of technological innovations, unparalleled in human history.  New technologies are challenging core values – for better or for worse, demanding continuous learning and creating entirely new industries.  Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, and Safety & Security are top-of-mind with ICT providing the information infrastructure.  Each of these three themes have and will create a significant impact on our world from both a computing and personal perspective.  This November’s ICE 2005 Conference brings together CIPS and the creative energies of Technology For Success for profiling Alberta’s newest technologies.  Enjoy your week of networking, learning and celebrating the convergence of Alberta’s largest industrial constituencies – Alberta Technologies.
