Perry Kinkaide

Perry Kinkaide, MSc, PhD, CMC, has spent over 50 years working across academia, government, and the corporate and non-profit worlds. He earned his PhD in Brain Research from the University of Alberta and spent 14 years with the Alberta Government before leading KPMG Consulting's Knowledge Management practice in Edmonton. Since retiring in 2001, Perry has founded and led the Alberta Council of Technologies Society, now a subscriber base of over 20,000, and built KEI Network from a personal list of 15,000 contacts into a platform for connecting experts, entrepreneurs, and leaders across industries. Alberta Venture named him one of the province's 50 most influential people in 2007. Perry writes and speaks on economic diversification, emerging technology, and the social shifts reshaping how people live and work. Expect a direct take and a healthy dose of humor along the way.
