Clare Paulson is the owner and founder of Corporate Coaching & Training Services. He has been providing management training and coaching to clients from a wide range of industries for the last 25+ years. His broad experience contributes to the presentations that he designs and presents to industry.
Clare has his BSc from the University of Alberta, followed by extensive personal and business development courses through public and private providers. He has received the designations of Certified Professional Behaviour Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, TriMetrixHD Analytst.
Certified “The Prioritized Leader” Analyst, and Performance DBA Analyst through extensive training and Experience with Success Insights ,Inc. These designations prepare him to provide his clients with superior assistance in finding, training, and retaining top performing employees.
Greg MacGillivray is Managing Director of Scenarios2Strategy (S2S), a firm that listens, then designs & facilitates strategic conversations that use scenario, strategic planning & facilitation processes to build the ideas, relationships & alignment to drive success.
With over 35 years of experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, Greg has very strong strategic, commercial and collaborative expertise. After earning a Business Degree, he worked in the energy sector in finance, regulatory affairs, energy marketing and business development capacities at Voyager Energy, the Alberta Department of Energy and Suncor Energy. During this time, Greg acquired deep commercial, legal and regulatory knowledge in conventional, unconventional & renewable energy development, wholesale & retail energy marketing and sustainable development. He also learned a great deal about scenario planning and strategy.
Greg strives to provide clients with valuable, tailored, action-focused strategic sessions that deliver engagement and performance. He has worked with a wide range of private, public and not-for-profit clients in the energy, environment, agriculture, forestry, mining, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, education and other sectors. Greg has also supported more than 50 not-for-profits, was an active sports coach for 15 years, started an award-winning corporate volunteer program while at Suncor, and has sat on a variety of boards. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.
Axel Maus grew up in Calgary and completed his MBA at the U of C. Started professionally in two successful software start-ups with the opportunity to lead sales teams and implement CRM systems. Moved on to IT services where Axel had the opportunity to lead service desk through a merger, implement a CRM and lead the development of a new service model through key client management. He transitioned to larger healthcare provider as an Organizational Development Consultant, specializing in change leadership and management and currently work for the City of Calgary as an Organizational Development Consultant. He is passionate about building relationships, change management and facilitation.
A volunteer in various capacities over the last 6 years for the Alberta Chapter of Change Management Professionals and is currently the Chapter President. On a personal level, Axel likes getting out to the mountains - saying, "It doesn’t happen often enough", practices martial arts, enjoys reading and is a proud Calgarian.
